What could be improved

The food was always cold on the cardiothorasic ward obviously too large a ward for the food to be served and delivered whilst hot. The beds also after going through a bypass operation I never slept in one at all from the day after my operation till I went home due to the pain in my lungs and the bed being so uncomfortable.

Anything else?

The Drs in the cadiothorasic ward really need to improve their manners when talking to patients the consultant I was under I considered to be downright Rude and not at all understanding of any of my concerns. I have been a patient several times at this unit and have never had a good experience with any of the consultants yet
