"if i had of paid i couldn't fault the..."

What I liked

considering that the service is free, my overall experience was one of a very happy customer . the trainee dentists took their time and with the help a senior dentist did a great job. i had two teeth taken out and so far have had no pain what so ever. the trainee dentists were friendly and professional. i got their ar 7:30am and was 4th in line, by midday i had left, so the waiting around wasn't that bad at all.

What could be improved

for some reason both the receptionists that i spoke to on different floors weren't the friendliest. the building is a bit dated, but this doesn't matter as the actual dental care is superb which is what you come for. logo

Thank you for your feedback, which has been forwarded to the Associate Director for Birmingham Dental Hospital to share with staff. I am sorry you did not find the reception staff welcoming and friendly. A programme of patient experience and customer care training for reception and medical records staff will start in April, and hope that this will be helpful in improving patients' overall experience of our services.
