What I liked
I would like to say a huge thank you to all the midwives and staff at the Maternity Unit. I have just returned from a 10 day stay during which time I gave birth to my son 4 weeks early.
The care given to me was fantastic both before during and after. I would like to mention the wonderful person who went out of their way to help me during my pregnanacy, by helping me to obtain and translate my medical records from Spain from a previous emergency section. This enabled me to try for a VBAC delivery which was much less stressful than having to book an elective cesarian. They went above and beyond to help me and I cannot thank them enough. I would also like to thank the midwives who oversaw my delivery. Their calm, efficient and expert care together with their lovely humour meant my labour was stress free and almost enjoyable! All in all I had the best birth experience and it was all because of the wonderful care and exceptional people that were part of my experience. Thanks to you all.
What could be improved
The food could definitly do with some improvement, both nutritionally and taste wise.
