What could be improved

Reception staff are rude and at times ignorant. They stare at computer screens, do not acknowledge patients arrival at their desk and barely look up to greet you. They grunt instructions to take a seat and continue in their own PC World on their computer. It seems they have forgotten how to deal with people.

My consultant is condescending and does not involve me in making decisions in my own care. He acts at times like he has the authority to tell me what I should do rather than make suggestions about options and helping me understand the information to make informed choices.

Patient information leaflets are poor or none existent. Car parking was difficult.
