What I liked

The courtesy, consideration and care which I received from my surgeon, my anaethetist and the staff on Tavistock Day Case Ward in respect of my recent Hernia Repair

were much appreciated. They made what could have been an unpleasant day into a very tolerable experience!. I would like to express my thanks to all of them.
