What I liked

I've had no problems when visiting the hospital in the past but I must raise some concerns about some issues I've had trying to book a new appointment.

What could be improved

Firstly the staff have been quite surly and dismissive on the phone and have tried to send me on my way if the correct department (restorative dentistry) does not answer the phone within a few seconds. This is not great as when I started treatment in 2009 I found the staff on the phone very agreeable and no trouble at all .Secondly this is the 4th time I've had to call today to try and arrange this appointment and I've been advised someone will get back to me, I'm not holding out any hope as calls have not been returned so far.

I'm currently in discomfort due to some dental issues and would like to see a student dentist urgently. Could someone please respond and give me some assistance.

Anything else?

I'd appreciate it if someone could come back to me to resolve this issue, address my complaint and respond to my feedback.
