What I liked

I went into the A & E today very worried about a particular disturbing symptom I was having and feared that something was very wrong.

My case and my expectations were managed with care and respect by all the staff from the receptionist to the triage nurse to the doctor.

Although the wait time was rather long, both and I all patients were made aware of this at the outset.

All patients whose symptoms were potentially more serious (which mine could have been) were escalated, which is only fair.

Fortunately my symptom and its causes were pinpointed swiftly and fortunately was due

to another condition which they have now treated me for.

Thanks to all. You did a great job and keep it up.

What could be improved

The wait time but it was very busy.
