What could be improved

I would like for the butts of the ombudsman and people who regulate the hospitals to be kicked into gear and monitor Royal Bolton Hospital and other hopsital staffs who think its ok to treat patients like do do. They think that its ok to be lazy and negliacful and people like me have to suffer. Fines should be imposed and disci-plinaries for staffs who fail to go beyomd their means to execise good customer care.

A few months i experienced a big panic attack Having no experienced one bnefopre you can imagine how frightening it was. I arrived at Royal Bolton Hopsital , assisted byu three nurse/doctor i was bought into the cubincal. As i struggled to breathe and was in tears , i felt as though the doctor hadn’t mistaken me for a drunk, they pushed mty arms aways and kept shouting “whats wrong with you.. why you crying for”.. Seconds later , their radar must of click because they immediately turned to the rest of the nurses andb cotors and said “ Ah , its just a panic attac k”. This was followed by a sign from the nurses and doctors as the immediately returned to work. Then nurse that followed arrived 20 mins later. I had never seen such a miserable person. They were so attempts to alay my fears.

This attack was followed by several more ,which meant ftrequent trips to the hospital. The third trip again was a frightening experience, not only for my health , by the overall ftreatment of the staffs of a&e,. Not long after arrived i made my way ov er to the reception and was greeted with what i can describe as a tirage of madness from a receptionist . Before i could even open my mouth they screamed “No! I wont be telling you how far you are on the list.You wont b e put forward”. Taking back by this . I advised the receptionist that i wont be spoken to like that and i wanted their name. They refjused to give me their name , so i made my way to the other nurses, to which they bec\me more hysteric. I had not seen anything like it comuing from someone at the reception.

I also later learnt another staff member wrote a letter to my doctor added a few lies in their.. a cover for their friend , whom i was going to complain about a week back possibly?
