What I liked

I am experiencing a certain amount of pain, my GP has been excellant and I was directed to St.Margarets Epping for initial scans, excellant, on time and informative, I then had a cancellation referral to your hospital where I was again treated well and the doctor was very helpful. My only concern is that I would prefer to be in a 'same sex' ward if I had to enter hospital. Overall I can not fault your kindness and service, by all staff

What could be improved

Nothing, quick and prompt service, with attention to detail

We are glad to hear that you have had a positive experience at the hospital. All patients can be reassured that the Trust is fully compliant with provision of single sex accomodation across all wards and departments. A large piece of building work has just been completed to upgrade the radiology department to ensure patients only share areas with those of the same sex.
