The staff on the whole were really friendly & proffesional on the whole when we in thru jan and Feb. it was nice sometimes when we would come back from a meal to find a member of staff taking 5 minutes to just play with her and set any worries we had at bay. A huge thank you for all your hard work and ongoing efforts to get Lily better
