"Dirty hospital where care & treatment of..."

What I liked

Zero.

The ward was filthy, staff treat patients like things rather than people and are often too busy to be preventative and can only react when a situation occurs. The communication between nurses, doctors and colleagues is non existent and if you don't have family and are extremely ill you don't stand a chance.

My family had a terrible experiences here and wont be returning. We insisted on being transferred to another hospital in the end to get proper treatment.

No dignity or respect to be found here-this hospital has no idea about either of these two words.

What could be improved

Cleanliness of the ward

Communication between staff

Commuincation to patients from both nursing staff and doctors

treatment of patients with dignity and respect

treatment of family with dignity and respect and understanding

not to ignore patients calls for assistance for three hours
