About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma and Orthopaedics (14- 16)

(as the patient),

I had a hip replacement at Wishaw General in December, I would like to say a big thank you to Consultant Mr Macdonald, Dr Cunningham and all staff involved in my operation and also thank you to follow up staff, nurses and physiotherapist in ward 14.  My stay in hospital was brief, 3 days, but my experience was that treatment was excellent and it was followed up with phone calls to make sure I was feeling ok.  I am already almost fully recovered.
