About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

May I take this opportunity to thank all staff I encountered when I attended January 10th. The welcome at the entrance/ admin staff and in particular the consultant neurosurgeon I saw all put me at ease. The consultant explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had.Today I have received a letter outlining our conversation and confirming my follow up visit.

Once again thank you and may I wish you continued success with the wonderful care you provide
