What I liked

The TAL staff were excellent and very professional.

What could be improved

The surgeon I saw could do with some training in handling patients.

Anything else?

My operation was cancelled for the second time and the surgeon whose list I had been put on was very annoyed about it and extremely rude to me. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. I know my surgery was not life threatening but I need to have my gallbladder out due to large gallstones which are extremely painful.
