What could be improved
I feel it was quite shocking that when callin the hospital
To see about getting my 15 week old daughter seen
Out of hours as she was screaming in pain I wastold they cud
Not see her and that I was to travel to Warwick or
Nuneaton instead so that she could be seen.

Thank you for your comments, please be aware that the Trust do not manage the out of hours GP service at the Hospital of St Cross in Rugby, however we will pass your comments to the service operator.
University Hospital in Coventry has a dedicated Children’s Accident and Emergency Department and is one of the most modern facilities in Europe. If you are concerned about the well being of your child in the future we would suggest you attend this unit.
