What I liked

I'd like to say that the team in A&E and the virtual Team were great and supported my father well, also the doctor was caring and took time to explain.

What could be improved

Lack of communication between nurses and other doctors during the doctor's absence, no one showed any concern or took the time to listen and understand the issue, it has been over a month since my father first visited KGH A&E and he is still non the wiser about his condition, no one has the answer as to what the way forward is.

Anything else?

My father has been sufferring for the last 4 weeks without any signs of improvement, I have just called Holly Ward and was told no one can help and maybe try tomorrow someone might be able to help.
