What I liked
Yesterday was nebusliser replacement day - how lovely the chap was. I just arrived at reception and a few moments later a chap arrived with newly serviced nebuliser complete with three replacements masks (we have been using the same one for two years!). He was so patient and gave me a complete training session on use and cleaning and explained that how to get new masks etc.
I wanted to say 'thank you' - we are very lucky to have an NHS - long may it continue!
