What I liked
Nurses always Professional.
Went beyond what was expected to help and assist. Never heard a cross word or a word against a patient or other staff member.
What could be improved
My admission score was : nil.
Rude, insulting, unhelpful and inhuman. If you want to know? Then ask. I will not let it rest. Truth will out and I do not lie!
Anything else?
Lied to me twice about prognosis.
Said that my leg was badly damaged and not possible to do a said clearly not possible to do a femoro - crossover operation. They said (two doctors under my Consultant that only a major major operation with 7/10 chance of poising my leg was possible. When I said I would take that wrist they revisited me later saying the same but with 'good' news - they would give me pain killers and I could go home that day.
"Unprofessional prognosis. A lie. Lied..."
