About: Orsett Hospital / Neurology

After months of waiting for an appointment with a neurologisty my son finally got an appointment. I took time off work and took him out of school to turn up at orsett hospital to be told my appointment hAd been cancelled and my cancellation letter had been sent the day before! Sorry do you not have phones at orsett hospital? The lack of respect for patients is disgusting. I was obviously never going to get that letter before the appointment.
