What I liked
This entry is on behalf of my mother in law. She was admitted to Royal Blackburn Medical Assessment Unit from Burnley General A&E. She has nothing but praise for the way in which she was treated by the hospital and ambulance staff. I had good communications with the hospital and the staff nurse on the ward kept me fully informed of her progress.
