"First class treatment from all involved..."

What I liked

I was admitted to Ward B5 on 23rd February, 2011 and discharged home on 25th February.

Having never been in hospital before in my life I was a little apprehensive but from the minute

I arrived to the time I was discharged I could not have had better treatment anywhere.

The staff were excellent and I cannot speak too highly about any of them. They were

all wonderful and explained everything to me. The food was of a high standard and plenty

of choice. People call the NHS but I have nothing but praise of the treatment I received and

would not be be afraid of going into hospital again if it was as good as Ward B5 at

North Manchester General Hospital.

What could be improved

The ward was a little cramped but this is comment not a complaint.

Anything else?

First class treatment from all the staff. Thank you to all the staff on Ward B5.
