What I liked

I consider myself very lucky to have had my baby at Musgrove Hospital. The care I received was exemplary. I had a wonderful Midwife in Labour. She listened and supported me throughout the time when I was at my most vulnerable.

I felt in control of my labour and well informed. Although things didn't go to plan - I still felt informed every step of the way.

Wonderful Maternity Unit, fantastic Midwives.

What could be improved

Very expensive parking.

Thank you for your comments, which have been passed onto the maternity team. It is good of you to take the time to post your views. Parking fees are set by our private sector priovider - QPark. We entered into a contract with them in 2005 and they have invested almost £10m in parking facilities since then. Annual increases are controlled and a consessionary scheme is also available. I will pass your comments about fees onto our contract manager
