What I liked

Ward B6 (ENT) staff were fantastic. I am a very nervous patient and the anesthetist looked after me very well - even made me laugh which is unheard of when I am in a panic!

What could be improved

Felt a bit rushed when I was leaving - asked to get out of bed when bedding changed but then told not to get back in it. Then had to wait around to be discharged and was desperate to lay down/sleep.

We are sorry that your discharge felt rushed, we will ask the ward to look into this so that it doesn’t happen in the future.
