What I liked

My son had a serious accident from which he has now recovered, from the moment we arrived we were given a first class service, I felt truly confident in the staff from the consultant to the ward domestic. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too small and no request from my son ignored. A horrible time in my families lives was made bearable by the wonderful people who work at Alder Hey. Special thanks to the Pain Team, HDU staff, Surgical and Staff Nurse who have all become heroes.
