I have trouble getting a Drs appointment but I have to say when I phone up to speak to my dr I get a phone call straight away and he actually listens. I find some other Drs can be very unsympathetic and do not understand your problem because they do not know you. I would suggest only make appointments with the gp who knows you or ask for a call back from them

Dear patient
thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience of the surgery.
We try to offer a range of appointments across the week which are convenient for patients but we recognise it is not always possible to see the doctor of choice. The doctors work different days but we will always try to accomodate seeing your usual GP.
We do review our appointments sytem and it is good to hear that your experience of the telephone system is positive as many issues can be resolved over the telephone.
