Attended ED with a dislocated toe. Very embarrassing and very painful!
Staff there were extremely helpful and professional. From booking in with the EDA to being first seen was less than half an hour. The EDP was very nice, explained everything well and was very friendly. She put me at my ease straight away as did the student nurse.
The X-ray staff and the volunteer who showed me the way to X-ray were also friendly and helpful.
