"I felt invisible and frightened."

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

What I liked

ambulance service and staff

porters were kind and friendly

What could be improved

In three days, despite having pointed it out 4 times, I was never given a wrist band.

I was ignored whilst vomiting with patient's visitors at next bed - no one drew my curtains.

No one explained the burning sensation whilst having a C T scan, beforehand.

Despite being put on a soft diet I was served the same meal as everyone else.

I was discharged without knowing what to expect and got progressively worse at home and needed emergency doctor's appointment.

Hospital Fund Forms cannot be completed on the Ward.

Anything else?

I felt invisible and frightened.
