Superb service from NHS 24 and Stirling out of hours to support a friend who was ill with very high temperatures . Got an appointment at out of hours on the cold and very snowy night and so from original call to getting prescription was an hour and half - thank you so much NHS
Finding your way
The only difficulty was finding the minor injuries/out of hours as the snow meant all the signs had been covered up by snow so maybe a little bit of feedback that in these conditions maintance should prioritise clearing those signs
