Previous experience of care/treatment at this hospital, Dermatology department was 5 star+. Sadly this was not my recent experience when I was effectively categorised as fit for the scrapheap/timewaster. Surely I am worth more than thiseven though I am 70+. This has been a very disturbing/upsetting experience, my problem may well not be within this doctor's speciality, but it is not, "imaginary." I have had a letter, from another department in this hospital stating there was a, "significant finding," on the recent X-ray! Obviously the doctor I saw either had not read this or chose to dismiss it because it would be easier to attribute my problem to my condition and age. I am reluctant to return to this hospital as a consequence of this traumatic experience and so will never know what, "significant finding," was the cause of my problem.
"Disappointing."
