What I liked

Courteous, helpful, informative appointment in Rheumatology, rapid well co-ordinated arrangements for investigation (XRay, ultrasound, MRI) with friendly, thorough staff, excellent Orthotic advice and support, detailed and thoughtful Orthopaedic opinion. Very impressive.

Exemplary service from top class staff in every respect: the patient very definitely came first.

What could be improved

Nothing: it is hard to imagine how any part of my treatment could have been handled better - at any price.

Anything else?

Middlesbrough has a hospital service to be proud of.
