"dissapointed from some of the staff"

What I liked

I was visit the consultant and at the end o the visit they send me at other department to arange an apointment for CAT ( head scan ) . I was ther and the till , i ask the receptionist there how can i make an apointment and they just take my papper from the doctor from my hand , trough into a shelf and told me ......we will send you a letter ....but they were arogant , totally ruth , i will try to go to another hospital next time .
