(as a service user),

We attended A&E with our 11 year old daughter after she injured her wrist at school. 

All staff we met, from the receptionist through to the nurses and doctors were very friendly and helpful, and all had a lovely manner with our daughter. Both doctors we saw were very reassuring, speaking at all times directly to my daughter, advising her what was going to happen next. Her fracture was explained to her (also showing her the X Ray - which she was delighted with!). 

The whole process was very efficient and we were in and out in under an hour.

Thank you very much A&E staff!
