"Where do I go from here?"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

(as a service user),

I had a traumatic experience (contacted them and received a full apology) 

My discharge notification stated follow up as Outpatient in respiratory clinic in eight weeks, cardiology clinic. For outpatient echocardiography. Follow up with GP.

I explained to hospital clinician that I was going away and would not be back until Feb..

I was still to ill travel late last year and had to cancel holiday

verified by GP.

I have been trying to identify clinics to notify of this but have come up against blank walls. PALS have not responded to my phone calls or email! Where do I go from here?  Feel brushed under the carpet NHS.
