About: Guernsey House / Primary care addiction service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as a service user),

It's been 2yrs now since I started coming to Guernsey House. I'm happy with what's happening. I am on Methodone, which was reduced 2 months ago.

I want to be free from everything so I don't have any of this stuff inside me.

I'm stable on it at the moment, that's my decision.

I have an appointment today with my keyworker to help me find better accomodation.

Everythings ok at the moment, it's all going fine. I don't have anything bad to say.
