"Excellent NHS staff at the Western eye Hospital."

Having been contacted by the Newmedica team on Thursday 11/1/18 at 1842 hrs by telephone and told that my check up was overdue ( Glaucoma monitoring ) I accepted an appointment for Saturday the 13/1/18 at 0820 hrs, I confirmed the day and date also the location first floor Western eye hospital.

I attended the said appointment but sadly no Newmedica staff were to be found on either the first floor or anywhere else in the hospital.

I must go on record to thank all of the administrators at the hospital who helped me, additionally the nurse from the A&E dept who despite being busy assisted and advised me.
