About: Kidderminster Treatment Centre - Acute Trust / Ear, Nose and Throat Princess Of Wales Hospital / ENT Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I have had ENT surgery under the care of Mr Ayshford at Kidderminster Treatment Centre.

My tributes are extended to all staff involved.

I was attended to promptly and helpfully. I am extremely grateful.

Those tributes are extended to those staff at the Consulting Suites for kindly attending to me, and arranging further tests on my behalf during my pre-operative assessment.

In addition, tributes are extended to those staff at the Imaging Department, Alexandra Hospital.

Also, tributes are extended to those staff at the Worcester Royal Hospital Clinical Investigations and ENT Department, Princess of Wales Hospital.

Grateful thanks also to the Admissions Booking Co-ordinator/Medical Secretaries.
