"Emergency visit via ambulance to a&e"

I had an unplanned visit to a&e, following a faint and suspected neck injury. The ambulance crew were fantastic, I was collared and boarded to a&e where staff kept me at ease until my x-ray was passed as ckear of fracture.
They were efficient, friendly, explained everything.
Excellent service from ambulance to a&e to x-ray to discharge.
