Attempted to contact the department via operator.
I called on 3 successive occasions since the person (ie operator) on the phone had less telephonic skills and ability to interact than an automated service - I was left hanging onto what seemed like a deadline, which followed 'zero' acknowledgement or a grunt (when I asked for oral surgery)
When I decided to hang on (to the seemingly dead line) it came back to life - a voice said still trying (trying what?) - and subsequently cut me off.
Absolutely ridiculous Whipps cross.
Very very disappointed.
