About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had another follow up Hysteroscopy done and feel compelled to express my gratitude at having such a wonderful service within our local hospital, so readily available to us with Gynaecology disorders.

Michelle and her superb, professional, caring team are just second to none!!

They are so dedicated to patient care, making you feel calm and comfortable during treatment.

Sometimes we are not aware of the fantastic nursing teams in our health service until we have to seek treatment ourselves, but we really should show our gratitude.

My own humble thanks yet again.

Thanks to Michelle, Laura and all the nurses.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Gran G,

I am sure the team will be delighted to read this glowing accolade to Michelle, Laura and all the nurses. I will make sure it is passed on for them to see. I think you are right, we are not always aware of the 'fantastic nursing teams' until we need them but also the huge variety of possible investigations and treatments. It can be quite mind boggling really.
