"Really poor - find another"

Used this practice for 3 years and was slow to find another as it is very local and I do not get ill too often. The 4 or 5 times I have used (or tried to use the service) I have been very disappointed. The reception staff seem totally uninterested, with terrible communication and customer service skills, barely looking up from their computers (what are they constantly looking at?) and not really listening to patients.

I had a kidney stone which was diagnosed by the Locum as pleurisy! - Have recently registered with another local GP and it's like night and day. I work for the NHS - you can always spot a duff medical centre because they rarely reply to comments - generally because they don't care or know that it's the tip of the iceberg.

I would avoid this place and look for reviews of other much better, local services.
