Staff are polite, ability to get an appointment is good. Extended hours is great idea. I am happy overall with this surgery.

Thank you for your comments and letting us know that you have had a positive experience with Woodend Health centre. It is gratifying to know that we are getting things right. The extended hours services gives those people who work long hours or who are unable to attend surgery in our core hours the opportunity to see a GP, we are happy to hear that this is working for you.
