"Hospital feedback"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Endocrinology

This visit to the hospital has been the worst of my life. I went with my wife to see her consultant who after examination, sent her for a blood test at Elliot Ward. When we got there we had to stand as the waiting room was full and patients were also lined up in the corridor outside. When we finally got a seat I could see why the wait was so long. There were three members of staff on duty who continually chatted and laughed with other staff members. It was just like being in a kindergarten. No organisation and no discipline at all. Finally after a wait of 1 hour and 20 minutes my wife had her bloods taken. Now we are at home my wife is unable to move her arm and there is the biggest black...blue...and purple bruise that I have ever seen. I have contacted the local paper who is sending a reporter and camera man to us to do an article. This hospital classed as inadequate once again.
