"Very impressive Dermatology Department"

In early December, I had an operation in this Department to removed a fairly large carcinoma from behind my ear and replace it with a skin graft. Apart from having the operation put back by a couple of weeks from the original November date, which was disappointing, I have been so impressed by the treatment I received from everyone I who dealt with me.

All the details sent out by the appointments team were clear and timely, telephone calls were answered promptly and politely, the nursing staff during and after the op were just wonderful and as for the surgeon - his skill and kindness was amazing! I was particularly impressed by how he explained each step of the procedure as he went along which made it all less fearsome. Dealing with the staff of this Department has been such a positive experience and I have come away from the QE - well, just chuffed! Thank you so much!! !
