"Ward 515"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

We received amazing care at the QE in critical care and the staff were amazing. However once my dad went to ward 515 we couldn’t believe how awful the staff were. In three weeks we didn’t see a doctor. Staff were swearing, laughing at my dads confusion. Communication was shocking and they forgot to send his water sample off. I have found out since this ward is known to be bad and had been for a number of years. If you go QE I suggest you don’t go to this ward or apparently ward 518 is just as bad.
