"Outpatient Appointment ( Cardiology Clinic)"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I normally do not have any problems at all with follow up appointments.

But, I was due to have a follow up in February 2018, however it got cancelled and no further appointments were given.

As, I really wanted to attend and speak to my Consultant.
