We Came for a blood test with my child who is not very comfortable with needles. Instead of showing any support she was getting really negative attitude from the nurse. Very disappointing as this made my child even more scared of the needles!!!

I was very sorry to hear of the experience you had with the paediatric phlebotomy service. This is not the experience we would wish a family to have. In general our service is well received and i will ensure your feedback is given to the phlebotomy team so our normal high standard of patient satisfaction is restored.
