"Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

When I am reading your other opinions I really feel sad...I ve been referred to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in September from my dentist. (I have facial pain, vertigo, teeth pain since February) and I had two appointments with two different doctors in your hospital. TBH with all of you, I can't complain about first doctor, he was very polite and helpful. He explained to me all about my problem( I was diagnosed with TMJ muscle problem) and wanted sent me to physiotherapist to treat my healthy problem. I was really happy but when I went to see him next time then I saw (appointment no 2) other doctor and he was checking me and was completely different with behaviour to me. He said straight away that I have got depression and they can't help me...and sent me back with nothing. He left me without any treatment!!! Only what he said was,, download app Calm"- can you imagine? I have terrible facial pain since February and he left me without any tablets and any treatments...I am really surprised when I am reading your opinion because I feel now like he did not want to help me maybe because I am not English. Really feel now like this. I still have got my problem and i am alone with this. You all know how hard is get appointment with specialists so if I want come back to them first need to go and see my gp...(it will take me ages...) so I am really unhappy and would not recommend this dr. I am really sorry for giving my bad opinion only because of second dr who was checking me. He wasn't good. Now I have appointment with private doctor in January 2018 in Sutton Coldfield and hope he will help me! Because I can't exist with my pains anymore. By the way - these days when I was having two appointments in hospital

I took days off from my work to go and sorted out my problem and I lost some money. ( I am self employed) your Maxillofacial surgeon costs me really a lot : healthy and money.

I wouldn't recommend dr no 2- Boss'Definitely NO. If you have got appointment with other doctors maybe they will be fine and helpful.
