About: John Eastwood Hospice (inpatient)

(as a service user),

I was so fortunate to be recommended to John Eastwood Hospice daycare (by district nurse) where I found new friends caring staff and volunteers. Here I found new interests (painting crafts) useful exercises and an atmosphere of worth and caring, superb meals- what wonderful cooks.

Altogether a wonderful experience after being housebound for over 12 months. My volunteer driver was a perfect gentleman. I shall miss everyone I was privileged to meet at daycare.
