About: Russells Hall Hospital / Ophthalmology

I attended Russells Hall Hospital A and E on Wednesday 20th December 2017 with an eye problem.

I was dealt with effectively and efficiently by all staff who took my concerns seriously. I was fast tracked to the opthalmic clinic and even though the clinic was fully booked with appointments for the day they managed to fit me in and I was seen quite quickly by the emergency opthalmic doctor on duty.

I received a full examination of both eyes and the problem was identified quickly.

I was reassured and the problem fully explained to me.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and treatment given to me on the day.
