I had my first ever MRI on my knee. All the staff at the Craig MRI Centre were welcoming and the radiographers were very person- centred, patient and fully explained how the scan worked. The christmas music was a welcome distraction!

Thank you Eash,

It is lovely when patients take the time to let the team know what they have done well. I hope the procedure went well supports your treatment if required. The team work so hard to make every patient experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible, pretty hard to do given the noise involved?

I will pass on to the team mentioned and share with the wider radiography department to ensure they see how their actions impact on patients.
